Getting the mental health support you need

For individuals suffering from mental illness deciding whether to tell someone what is go on in their life and with whom to share this with can be a huge dilemma.

Undergoing the symptoms of a severe mental health problem is challenging and confusing enough, but there is also the realization that your experience of life is different from those around you.

It’s natural to feel anxious about whether those around you can understand what is going on and how they will react. Our supported workers and RMN are thoroughly competent in supporting people with mental health difficulties; we provide effective social care and health support services to people with mental health issues living in their own environment, at the hospital and rehabilitation units.

We provide safe, effective social and mental health services in Berkshire and Oxfordshire for young people with mental health problems living in their home.

Whatever the individual circumstances, we develop a tailored service which responds to personal needs and offer the right level of support social care and nursing. We develop personalized package of care around these services and work with the organisations in devising the best possible way to meet the individuals care and supports.

Young Mental health support

We offer support for the clients with a variety of needs including, personality disorders, depression,substance misuse, schizophrenic disorders crisis support.The people who use our services play a pivotal role in determining how we run our services. We provide high quality service that are carefully planned, managed and monitored and we support the young patient who use our service towards achieving their potential

We rigorously examine our services to find better approaches to their provision and continuous improvement. We explore innovative and imaginative strategies for developing and delivering services that build new partnerships and ways of working with young people with severe mental - illness and other mental - health problems.
